In 2014, MYBA The Worldwide Yachting Association celebrated 30+ years of commitment to the Superyacht industry's interests. Three decades of determination and an unwavering desire for improvement reflect the immortal words of Aristotle: "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit!"

32nd MYBA CHARTER SHOW
The MYBA Charter Show is one of the most important fixtures on the yachting calendar and an excellent example of the Association’s organisational skills. With a proven track record of excellence and having grown significantly over 30 years, the MYBA Charter Show brings together a curated fleet of superyachts and a qualified audience with the objective/aim of promoting and supporting a sustainable yachting industry. The end product is always the result of careful consideration by MYBA of all ideas and solicitations received which could be of benefit to its Members, and to the industry as a whole. It is part of MYBA’s continuous effort to provide for industry needs, and reflect the realities of a rapidly changing market.
The Palma Superyacht Show, conducted in partnership with MYBA, has gone from strength to strength since its first year in 2013 and it now has a significant impact on Spain's economy. When it comes to the local economy, the impact is huge. Always scheduled to include the 1st of May, which is a public holiday in most of Europe, it is the perfect long weekend for combining yacht viewings and exploring Palma itself. Three distinct features that set this show apart are (i) all the yachts on display are available for sale and/or charter (ii) the large number of sailing yachts in attendance which has led to it being, unofficially, referred to as the “Monaco for Sailing Yachts" and (iii) the relaxed atmosphere that prevails.
The annual MYBA Superyacht Brokers Seminar is jointly organised by MYBA and The Training Academy. It takes place in Nice, in the South of France, and gathers together a panel of industry leading experts who guide participants through three intensive and highly interactive days of analysis, debate and practical case studies on all aspects of superyacht brokering. Delegate numbers are strictly limited to 32 places so it is important to book early. If you would like to be added to the 2021 pre-order list please contact Ian Biles.
