We wish to make members of the public aware of an unauthorised use of the MYBA logo on websites belonging to Boats World Nautic and iNautic.
We believe them to be trading and holding themselves out as MYBA Members when they are not. Efforts to contact them regarding this legal infringement, including notices from our lawyers, have, regrettably, not resulted in the websites being changed. The outfits, [which appear to be run by an individual named Jean-Christophe RICHARD], do not appear to have a registered office or other premises and emails are not answered. If you have dealings with these outfits, please be aware.
