You may also wish to begin gathering the following documents for your application file:
• A letter of undertaking addressed to the MYBA President expressing your intention to comply with the Association’s principles, and to act in compliance with its professional rules and ethical standards
• A record of your professional activity
• An adequate professional insurance policy as per Article 8 of the MYBA Statutes (please refer to the MYBA Statutes)
You will receive the application file by registered post from the Association Secretary within one month of reception of your registered letter request. Your duly completed file should be returned within two months dating from its reception.
