You may also wish to begin gathering the following documents for your application file:
• A Declaration on Honour
• A record of your professional activity
• An adequate professional insurance policy as per Article 8 of the MYBA Statutes (please refer to the MYBA Statutes)
• Your company’s Statutes
• Any type of registration certificate for foreign companies issued by the Trade and Companies Registry (For French companies an “Extrait Kbis” no older than 3 months)
• A copy of the balance sheet for the previous fiscal year or a “Certificate of Good Standing” delivered by a chartered accountant/certified public accountant or companies’ registry/Chamber of Commerce
You will receive the application file by email from the Association Secretary within one month of reception of your registered letter request. Your duly completed file should be returned within two months dating from its reception.
