How your company can become a MYBA Corporate Member.

In order to proceed to the next step you must be able to respond YES to the following questions:

Is 70% or more of your turnover generated in one of the following fields: yacht charter brokerage, yacht sales brokerage (used and new), yacht management, a mixture of any or all of the preceding fields?	Yes
Are you an officer/representative of this type of company?	Yes
Has your company been established and trading for two consecutive years or more in the abovementioned fields?	Yes
Does your company have professional indemnity insurance coverage (negligence, errors and omissions) of at least Euro 500,000 per claim, per year?	Yes
